ClickYes
I know this program exists for sending merge data to emails in Outlook. Is
there any such program that will click the OK button for the dialogue box
that tells you that you are about to mail merge with the SQL and then names
the SQL. For example, mailmerging to Word from Access. Surely there must
be a program that can just answer OK to this invisible prompt?

Mailmerge problem
I am doing a simple mailmerge to six lables on a self made form. I have the
data in a single column in an excel spreadsheet. I added the merge field
"Name" and "next record" in each label on the page. The problem comes when I
merge the document. It appears to leave off one name per page. Is there
some command I need to tell the program to start a new page and not loose a
data name. ...

Leading whitespace in data being stripped out
We just upgraded from Office 2000 to 2007 and our merge data that started
with a tab character now seems to be ignoring\striping the leading tab
character. This character is used for formatting.
How do I get office 2007 to not ignore\strip leading whitespace characters?

Duple Printing
We have a merge document that used to start each new record on an odd
numbered page. We have recently upgraded from office 2000 to office 2007.
Some documents may spill over to a third page or even a fourth page during
the merge.
Is ther a way with Office 2007 to start each new record on an odd numbered
page so duplex printing works correctly.

Critical problem with Word crashing when using mail merge
When I try to do a mail merge in Word 2007, using an Excel file as the
source, Outlook 2007 will send out just a few e-mails in the distribution
list, then stops. Word also stops responding when this happens. I have tried
this on multiple machines in our office; I have tried this on a newly built
machine, and on a machine with Office 2003. The same error is reproduced each
time. The mail...

Address Block - Word 2007
I have an address block in Word 2007 that displays a contact name in the
format [First Name] [Last Name] and [Spouse First Name] [Spouse Last Name].
The merge data source is a text file (comma separated values that gets
parsed correctly) and the fields are all mapped correctly.
It works fine if there is a spouse name entered; however, if the spouse name
is blank it displays [Last Name] ...

pulling in every OTHER row of data. So only half of my labels are printing.
