Merging company standards with project master document
Hi,
I am a Project Manager and would like to create a "Master Document" for each
of my projects that would include such items as Client Name, Client Logo,
Project Name, Project Number, etc. I have another extensive Company Standard
Documents Library of specifications, design criteria, etc. How do I set up a

Links not working in Office2007
I recently upgraded from Office 2000 Professional to Office 2007. Despite
having set the necessary string value in Level1Remove in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwate\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security key I am
unable to open many attachments in Outlook and URL links don't work. Also,
although I can create a hyperlink to a file on my PC in Word, Excel etc when

office 2007 configuring
I deploy office 2007 to my LAN clients via GPO from a network share.
However, I've just done a fresh install of Vista business on my laptop and
re-joined the domain. True enough Office 2007 has been installed but after
several days now everytimg I try and run an office app the setup dialog
appears and it tries to configure office. I wouldn't mind but uit takes
forever to do nothing..

I use office 2007 and want to know how to remove metadata from my word
documents. MS Word 2003 had a removal tool as an add in but I cannot find any

Desktop Search (Office 2007)
On my previous computer at work, I had a Desktop Search function that indexed
and allowed me to quickly search Outlook, my hard drive, network folders,
etc. (Long overdue, it allowed me to abandon Google Desktop.) I have a new

windows mail can't connect after downloading Office 2007 demo
I downloaded the free trial for Office Professional 2007. I did not install
Outlook 2007 and opted to continue to use my Windows Mail. As soon as I
installed the free trial, my Windows Mail would not work. I have checked all
router and email settings and they are fine. I uninstalled the free trial,

Use Office 2003 interface in Office 2007: is it possible?
I posted a related question in the Word group but I didn't see a response to
the main point: Before I go spend the money to buy a copy of Office 2003 and

Office Mac: file compatibility issue
I am trying to open files created with Office (Windows) 97-2004 on my macbook
running Office Mac 2008 (Home/Student). It displays an error saying either
file corruption, not a type recognized by Powepoint, or file extension may
not match internal format of the file.

NEED HELP
Lord, I've made a huge mess and need help. I accidently removed my entire
2003 microsoft office professional addition. Tried to re-install (don't have
disc, done so by internet) getting an error message of another application is
trying to be installed. Have absolutely no idea???? Shows on my computer

Word 2007 Formatting
Whenever I start Word to create a new document, it defaults to
"Style:Normal". I would like to set the default to "Style:No Space".
I can go to "Advanced Editing Options" and set the Default Style to "No
Space", but whenever I close and re-open Word, the default is set back again
to "Normal".
How can I set the default to "No Space" and have that setting saved?

Office 2007 looks like Word 1.0
I'm running Office 2007 Enterprise on Windows 2003. I recently added a
second monitor to my workstation and loaded the latest NVIDIA drivers. Since
then, my ribbon bar looks very pixellated and blocky. I've tried turning on
themes and applying the Win XP theme, tried repairing Office and changing the
color settings in Office, but I can't get it to change.

quick print button causes error
We have a computer where when the user clicks on the quick print button, any
MS Office product gets the unknown error has occurred bix, )Would you like to
send this to microsoft?). However, when the same user on the same computer
clicks file-->Print and seelcts the exact same printer with the same printer

Getting out of edit mode in Word
Hi
I have office 2007, all the latest updates.
When I am working on a document and I go to Insert/Page Numbers, and insert
the page numbers the edit header and footer mode switches on, how do I get
back to write in the body of the document.
Currently I am saving and closing the document then opening it again so I
can continue writing it.
Any help appreciated.

Warning Messages Driving Me Crazy!
