interruption or delay while the first running of office documents
We have Office 2007 Pro Pluys in our company.
All was very good. But in time after some updates of windows or office now
we all have the same problem. When we open a office document (word, excel,
etc.) we are having about 10 sec interruption just after opening the
document. The document window does not respond. After about 10 sec we can
work normally.

Installation of Office Professional as well as Home and Student
Hello... I had originally installed MS Office 2007 Home and Student on my
laptop, and then installed the upgrade to MS Office Professional. When I open
word, it still says that is it the Home and Student version, non commercial
use... and in my Programs and Features (Install/Uninstall) panel shows both

Help links do not work - Office 2007
When I click "help" or F1 in any office application, the help window opens,
with table of contents in the left pane. I can click on any topic and get
links for subtopics in the same (left) pane, but when I click on any
subtopic, nothing happens - no text appears.
I tried to "repair" the Office installation, but nothing changed.
Can someone help?

Will 2003 MODI work In Vista
I installed MS Office 2003 Pro on new PC running Vista 64 Bit. It did not
install as a printer. Under All Programs, Office, Office Tools, MODI is
listed and I can open it, but cannot import a file. I get message that it is
not installed and that I should uninstall and reinstall. I have tried to
install by selecting Office, Tools, Run All on this computer --same results.

Can office 2003 and 2007 coexist on the same system?
I installed office 2007 standard on to a new system. Can I still use parts
of my old Office 2003 on the same system. For example can I install Publisher
2003 on the same system?

How can I disable synchronization manager; continually freezes my

Disc scratched... new computer
So I purchased Office XP a few years ago and ran it on my old computer, which
just died yesterday. I replaced it with a new computer, and would like to
install Office XP on my new computer, but I pulled the discs out and one of

I downloaded the Office 2007 60 day trial version. Bit mistake.
First it ate my Google Search, installing MSN & Yahoo search engines to IE

Error message trying to install Office Home and Student 2007
Anyone have any experience with the following error message? '0' is not a
valid character for product setup. This happens every time I try to open any

sharing program, and now I can't delete it. It comes up administrator access
only.

Data migration for Office Accounting Express 2008
I wish to migrate my accounting data to another computer... I use the
data export function and that seems to move my chart of accounts and
other accounting information, but none of the invoice detail is moved.
How can I move the invoice data between computers?
Would upgrading to 2009 allow a complete backup of this data? I can't
seem to determine which files are altered with filemon.....

Serious 2003/2007 upgrade issue
Hi guys,
I'm having a problem with a recent upgrade from Office 2003 Pro to
Office 2007 Small Business. I selected upgrade on the clients PC and
after it finished I started opening apps to make sure everything was ok.
All of the other apps seem fine except for Outlook 2007.
It came up telling me that it was not closed properly and asked if I
