Loading 2007
My situation is a little different than a previous question. I am replacing
my laptop and destop computers. I have Business Enterprise 2007. The laptop
loaded perfectly but when I tried to load it on the desktop, I receceived a
setup error that stated "setup cannot continue because a required file is
either corrupted or not available. Since this is a brand new computer using
XP SP3 ...

Upgrade from Office 2003 to 2007 removing icons and toolbars
We are using SCCM SP1 to deploy Office Ent Suite + VISIO + Project to
desktops, overwriting/upgrading existing 2003/2007 installs (sometimes the
VISIO and Project 2007 versions were installed, although the Suite may have
stayed at 2003).
Unfortunately, the install is overwriting any Desktop Icons and toolbars
that were in place and in use already. Is there a way to prevent that, and,

Uninstalling Trial/Installing Purchased Office
I have bought a new computer(Vista) to replace one with XP Pro.
1. Can I use my previously purchased Office Professional 2007 on my new
computer?
2. Do I have to first uninstall Trial Office on the new computer?
3. How do I uninstall it?

Not been installed for current user
I recently bought a new PC with Vista 64-bit. I couldn't get my Office
Professional 2007 programs to open, after a configuration stand by, the error
window said "Microsoft Office (program) has not been installed for current
user. Please run setup to install the application". Many others has the same
problem with no good answers. I found the answer! Office is located in the
"Programs(x86)...

Publisher - Office 2007
Why, oh why - can't I insert the picture I have located into the picture box
in publisher. I only have the ruler lines running across the page, - I have
trawled the MS site and no luck, also they want me to pay for the answer,
which I do not want. Any help would be appreciated.

Installing old Office 2003 over trial Office 2007 on new computer
We finally gave up on getting our old laptop to work properly and just got
ourselves a new computer. The new PC has a 60-day trial version of Office
2007 already installed on it. I've tried out 2007 before and DO NOT LIKE IT!
I much prefer my old Office 2003 Student/Teacher edition. I still have the
install disk from our old laptop and would like to put it on the new PC.

Office Enterprise 2007 Installation
Product installed but every program opens with the installer, followed by
the configuration screen and config activity. Program finally comes up, but
I've wasted two to three minutes waiting. Tried the repair program, to no
effect. Running Vista Home Premium, all current updates to Vista and to
Office 2007. Any suggestions as to a correction?

Scanning OCR Documents into Word 2007 format issue
I am using a document program called Readiris and it is used for scanning
forms and then being able to send into Microsoft Word or Adobe so you can
fill out just as you would on a regular typewriter and then print.

I have checked the environment vairable, have changed it, have emptied the
folder it uses, have changed the permissions to everyone for full control on

Microsoft office enterprise 2007
where I work allow us to have a copy of ms office enterprise 2007 and I have
a valid license, but in the middle install I get this error.
setup cannot find enterpriser.ww\enterrww.cab
browse to a valid installation source.
What and how do I fix this problem?

2007 Reinstall
1. Purchased 2007 H&S a a couple of weeks ago and loaded on laptop.
2. Two days ago, laptop crashed and had to perform destructive recovery.
3. Need to reinstall H&S.
4. Question: fine print on packaging indicates, "Licensed for 3PCs ...".
Will this install be recorded as second PC, or will install program recognize
the same laptop; thereby, installation still available for two more PCs?...

Office 2007 Unusable in Limited User Account
<sigh>...I thought I had this problem licked, but I was wrong.
I use Windows XP Home SP 3. I installed portions of Office Enterprise 2007 (Word, Excel and Outlook) from my Administrator account. I used the software in my Administrator account for a few days, and everything was going well. Then I switched back to my Limited User account.

Installing without CD-reader
How to install an Office Home & Student-licence to a mini-PC when I have no
CD-reader on the mini-PC? Copied the whole CD to an external hard drive (USB)
from another PC and tried to install from the external hard drive. Started
setup manually, filed in my licence No but during install process I get error

Synchronization manager freezes my PC
I have 4 Outlook e-mail accounts; 1 is an Exchange account and the others are
MSN/hotmail. Within the past couple of days synchronization manager will
start up and try to synchronize a file named

Office Pro 2007 setup can't find wordlr.cab
Downloaded Office Pro 2007 and everytime I try to install it, it asks where
the file wordlr.cab is. I can navigate right to the file, in the word-en.us
folder and find the file in Windows Explorer, but for some reason setup can't
recognize it. Even tried copy and paste the file to a different location,
then setup tells me it's and invalid location.
Any ideas?

Language Packs 2003/2007
Hi,
I still have Office 2003 installed on my computer, but i need an Office
Language Pack for Spanish because I need the spelling corrector.
I can only find Language Packs for the 2007 version, but can I buy and
install that one without havind to buy the whole Office 2007? In other
words, is it compatible with Office 2003?
