License agreement screen
I had to reinstall Office2003. I keyed in the product code and it is
activated. Everytime I load Word, PP, or Excel the screen for acceptance of
a license pops up and I have to cancel, accept, or decline. It is registered
and everything is legal. This prevents me from sending files between
packages. HELP!!!...

MAPI32.DLL error running Outlook 2003
I made the mistake of installing the trial version of Office 2007 on my new
Vista machine. I uninstalled it, and installed Office 2003. Word and Excel
are running great, but I get the MAPI32.DLL error whenever I try to run
Outlook.
I've seen the messages about uninstalling and reinstalling. I've even tried
using the Windows cleanup utility suggested in another thread. I can't

Office 2000 start up disc
My old laptop refuses to boot as it appears to havr 'lost' a DLL file.
Apparently I can repair the file by reloading office 2000. However I don't
have one no can I locate one. Can anyone suggest what I can do or how I can
obtain a copy?

Access 97 runtime install under Vista

Unable to set up default Office config
I've got a new PS 4.5 Citrix farm running on Server 2003 R2 Std. I have
all the issues resolved except for setting up Office 2007.
I have the servers in their own OU and a new GPO that points them to a
new Roaming Profile share. This was done since the current farm is

MODI, Microsoft Office Document Imaging and 2003/2008 server
Hello,
I am currently trying to find out if there is way to install the MODI
modules as standalone components on a Windows server, 2003 and eventually
2008.
If MODI cannot be setup as a standalone module which can integrate into a
custom application, do we have to run a full fledged install of Office
2003/2007 onto the servers?

Install from upgrade disk to new machine
Office 2007 Small Business
I'm replacing my computer, which has Office 2007 installed on it. It was
installed from the upgrade disk, because I'd previous had Office 2003.
My new machine, of course, will not have any version of Office on it when I
get it.

config.xml, changes of document pathes and office security'
Hello
I'm testing with config.xml for my Office 2007 installation for some days.
Everything works fine, and I'm a big fan of config.xml (instead of the OCT
which I don't like...)
Now, one small problem or question:
is there a chance to implement office security changes (macros) and
document pathes (i.e. for normal.dotm) directly in config.xml?

Updates for Office 2003...no install disks and error pop ups...
I inherited a desktop PC with Office 2003..the licenses seem to be fine as
far as I can tell. I do not have the original install disks. When the
updates try to launch, I get various error pop ups and none of the updates
install. Here is what the pop up says:

installation of Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student
Downloaded set up files. I entered product key. Office begins to install.
In fact the bar that shows the amount of installation complete becomes fully
green. However, the screen never goes away. 2 hrs later it still say
installation in progress. I stop the installation and no OFFIce. What is
blocking or keeping Office from completely installing??...

Install / Repair Problem
Trying to reinstall a program from Office Small Business 2007. I've tried
the "change" feature in adding and removing programs but it tells me the
setup is corrupted and to reinstall from CD. Every time I try to install
from the CD, it does not recognize the Suite as already loaded and attempts a
clean install, which is an upgrade. The problem I can't seem to get around

My hard drive crashed and when I went to reinstall Office Home and Student
2007, it starts up fine but stops at:
"Setup can not find OneNote.en-us\OnoteLR.cab. Browse to a valid
installation source, and then click OK."

what files copy from install disk to hard disk?
I'm sick of having to insert the install cd every time I want to change
something about office (2003), (Vista).
What files from the cd do I need to copy to hard disk so that doesn't
happen again?
I assume I just copy stuff to the Msocache somehow. It would be nice to
not have to copy everything.

"Installation for current user" problem
I have installed Office Standard 2007 (on an HP 64 bit computer running
Vista), but when I try to open Word, Outlook etc. I get a message "Microsoft
Word (Outlook etc.) has not been installed for current user. Please run
setup to install the application." The application is installed, and I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the Office Suite. For some reason the programs

Office 2007 trial version issues
Can someone tell me how to kill Microsoft? I was using Office 2004 and wanted
to download a template that would only use Off 2007 so I agreed to the trial
version. I let it expire and then couldn't access the old version. I went

Purchased laptop w/ preinstall software MS Office (Home and Studen
Purchased key from River 32 bit Vista. Since then have purchased new Laptop

Can't purchase a product key for an Office 2007 trial product
I Just purchased a new laptop with Vista that came with a trial for office
2007.
1.I was able to activate it but when I want to buy a product key online
(options-resources-activate-convert-buy product key online) it takes me to a
blank page.
Any idea?
