Problem with Office repeatedly trying to install
I installed MS Office 2007 recently with no problems, and it has been
running OK, until recently. For the last few weeks, when opening an office
application (or sending an email in outlook) a Windows Installer box pops
up.
This box just appears, titled "Windows Installer" and saying "preparing to
install". The box then changes to the title "Microsoft Office Enterprise
2007" and says "...

Ofiice 2007 trial version setup error
Hi,
when i will install Office 2007 trial version, i get the following error:
'setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not
available....'
I have downloaded the trial version from microsoft site.
What is the solution?...

office 2007 setup error
Hi all,
i have a problem with the Office 2007. Everytime, I double-click setup.exe.
It will be failed.
After checking the log file, i found the following errors:

A Mix of Things
Okay, I have a variety of issues here that need to be delt with ASAP. First
off, I'm running off of Windows Vista Home Premium. I wanted to downgrade
(just for old time sake) to Office 2000. Really, just Outlook 2000 and keep
Word, PowerPoint and Excel 2007. Hmm, guess that didn't work out too well.
Actually, the setup for Outlook 2000 kept freezing on me.

Office 2003 remains after upgrade to 2007
I upgraded from Office 2003 Pro to 2007 Standard on XP Pro. Add/Remove
Programs indicates that 2003 remains on my PC. Had data file problems in
Outlook today and for a while all outbound mail stacked up in Outbox while I
got server connection errors. Ran Office diagnostic, which indicated "two
conflicting versions of Outlook" on my computer, adn then did something that

How to get product key for a free version of Office Home ver 2007
I purchased a Hp laptop from USA a few months back which supplied a free
version of Microsoft Office Home and student 2007. This does not require
product key. Now it is not functioning without product key and I donot have
the product key NOR Hp has provided it. What to do

Office Home and Student Trial is nowhere to be found on my PC.
I downloaded the home and student 2007, rebooted PC, recieved trail key
email. I can't find the product anywhere! I have searched my PC, there are no
links, icons, nothing! What am I doing wrong? Has anyone else had this prob
and has a solution?...

I don't know where my product key is.
My mom got this laptop about 3 months ago and we have been trying to not use
microsoft office because of the time limit on it. Microsoft Office Home and
Student was pre-installed on my computer. The laptop is an HP Pavilion dv6000
and she ordered it from HP.com There is no box or anything about Microsoft
office that came with it. Does anyone know where it might be?

registering on multiple computers
How do I register my Office XP on both of my computers. It tells me that it
is already registered on another computer ( my laptop) but I'd like to also
use it on my home computer. I can't think that I'd have to buy another copy???

Office 2007 Ultimate Installation
I hve purchased the Ultimate Steal and when I try to install the software it
get almost all the way through, but then hangs. After several hours I cancel
the installation which has by then removed and ruined my Office 2003
software. At that point I am required to use Restore Point. Anyone have any
suggestions, comments, or fixes. Thanks for your help.

MS 2007 free trial help, please!!!
Okay, I did the 2007 trial for Word. Now that the maximum uses are up,
I just
want it to go back to my old version of word because I never completed
the
upgrade, simply sampling it. IT IS LOCKING ME OUT and I cannot access
even
Word 03, the old version. I am overseas and don't have the 03 software
still,

Prep for Upgrading Office 2003 + extras to Office 2007 + extras
I am about to upgrade two XP Pro computers from Office 2003 to Office 2008
Ultimate (full product, not upgrade disks). One of the systems also has all

window keeps poping up after reinstalation of office 2003
I got a new laptop with Vista and installed my office 2003 software. Now
every time I open an document or start a new document, I get the "Microsoft
office end user licence agreement" and have to accept before proceeding. Is
there a way to keep this from happening?...

2003 install is removeing existing 2007 - How to prevent this?
How can I prevent 2003 from uninstalling/overwritting/wrecking
existing Office 2007 installs?
I'm using the Custom Installation Wizard + setup.ini.
In CIW the doc says it will remove "all previous versions" listing 95-
XP(2002).

Office 2007 & 2003 vs Windows Installer woes
I tried to install Microsoft Office 2007 Home & Student edition on a
manager's wife's home PC over Office 2003 Basic Edition but during
install it said that there had been a previous attempt at installing

Won't Even Open....

installing again
I have a new laptop that came with a 60 day trial of MS Office 2007 but I
already have a copy of MS Office 2007 enterprise so I uninstalled the trial
version but now when I try to install my own version it keeps telling me the
serial number is incorrect, which it's not.
