Installing Office Enterprise - help
I have a new laptop that came with a 60 day trial of MS Office 2007 but I
already have a copy of MS Office 2007 enterprise so I uninstalled the trial
version but now when I try to install my own version it keeps telling me the
serial number is incorrect, which it's not. The new laptop has Vista as the
OS
The enterprise disk is the (legal) company copy which is on six company
computers....

after sp1
I finally recovered from the SP- 3 of 3 loop and am trying to reinstall
office and outlook after a complete restore. outlook says setup cannot find
Outlook.en-us/outlookMUI.msi. Browse to a valid installation source, and then
click ok. but, when I browse to find it, it is there, right where it is
supposed to be, I cannot install any further....any ideas how to get around
this?-...

CRAZY WEIRD "SAVE AS" DIALOGUE GLITCH (PROBLEM) IN OFFICE 2007
This is kind of hard to explain, but I get seemingly random "save as"
dialogue pop-ups in many (if not most) of my office programs.
Sometimes it will pop up when I press on my touchpad scroll section,
when I hit various keys, or simply out of nowhere.
I don't think it's a virus or spyware because I get 100% free results
about 98% of the time I scan my system.

AntiVirus Software
I hope I have this question in the right place.but if not, I apologize.
All of a sudden I keep getting this Internet AntiVirus Pop-Up thing coming
on my screen every two minutes. It's not in the install/uninstall list and I
don't know how to get rid of it or how it got there. I have Norton 360 and I

Vista will not install Office XP Media cd
I have Vista Business and Office 2007. According to KB897754 I can add clip
art to the Clip Organizer in a 2007 office system. I have successfully done
this on two other Vista Bus/Office 2007 PCs. On the third (laptop), the copy
progress begins and then just vanishes off the screen and the CD stops
spinning.
What gives???

Installation Office Small Business 2007 transfer problems
I purchased a new Sony Vaio last August, last night I accidently spilt some
liquid on the keyboard and now it won't work. I must have a machine for work

Winword opens minimized
I have MSOfficePro 2003 and WinXP, all updates installed.9 (Swedish language
editions).
Suddenly my Winword started opening minimized (icon and files) and can't be
opened normally visible at all. All other office programs open normally.
Removing and reinstalling doesn't fix the problem.
Now I have to use OpenOffice Write to be able to work with my word-files.
How can I fix the problem?

How can I download again
Hope someone can help with a silly question. I bought a version of Office
from Microsoft two years ago as a download but I do not know which version it
was (2003/XP, standard/student etc). Although I had the disk sent I've now
lost that also. This week my PC crashed and I've had to do a full reload

Installing small business trial
Hey, it took hours for this to download! Could it be because I had
mistakenly downloaded the student version and then deleted it (via the
software removal thing through the control panel) earlier today? If so, what
do I do? Because:
1. now the activation screen comes up with no way to put in the previous
activation code

Access to Office Customization Tool
Hi all
Instructions in Knowledge Base were followed to the letter but I never got
into OCT to be able to change values re Email default.
I have Office Professional 2007 but I got a message about certain files not
being present when I tried setup.exe /admin and setup.exe on its own never
got me into OCT either.
Suggestions please.

Windows Installer opens every time Office 2007 program opened- CRA
Hello,
I need help..seriously, and I'm not alone, as it seems there are seemingly
hundreds, if not thousands of people using Office 2007 having the same issue,
and it's probably one you've already heard.
I've searched high and low for a solution to my issue, but after nearly a

I have searched all of the posts regarding the difficulties of Office Home
and Student 2007 not finding HomeStudentr.WW\HomeSrWW.cab folder as
installation source. Many people obviously have had this problem. I have
only seen one solution posted on the web involving unregistering and

Checking e-mail from two computers
Is it possible to setup Outlook 2003 to not 'steal' emails from the server?
Meaning, if I open up my desktop, Send/Receive and get all of the new shiny
emails from the server, if I open up my laptop and do the same thing, I won't
be able to get those same emails....

Deleting what file could cause"Configuring Microsoft Office Word 2007..."
Some time when I use Word I get:
Configuring Microsoft Office Word 2007...
It takes a minute to complete.
I guess I get it because I sometimes run a program that cleans out files and
it is deleting something it shouldn't.
Do you know what file that could be?
Or maybe you know of some other cause?

Configuring of Office 2007
Everytime I open Excel or Word a screen opens a seperate window saying "
Configuring Microsoft office small business 2007...". It takes a couple
minutes to do this. As soon as I close the program and reopen it, it does the
same thing. If I cancel the configuring Excel or Word seem to work just fine
but I never have had to do this before....

Office 2007 Ultimate RTM can't find proof.cab
I'm trying to install Office 2007 Ultimate (ISO downloaded from technet), but
it fails on Vista with an error, stating that it cannot find
Proofing.en-us\Proof.en\Proof.cab. I have used the same ISO on XP with
success.
Earlier postings about this suggest that downloading a new ISO should do the
trick, *or* mounting the ISO as a CD (e.g. with daemon tools), *or* burning
it to a CD.

Upgrade Works to Office Standard for Vista Does Not Work
