keyboard repeat
When using office2007 products my keyboard will not repeat when holding down
a key. My keyboard repeat works fine in other apps. How do I fix this in
office?

Office Pro 2003 won't stay "loaded"
Last week without warning when I tried to open any Office program I got the
message:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk
that is not available.
Insert the 'Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003' disk and click OK."

Switching Machines-- Lost Product Key
Hello Everyone- I have a laptop running (Vista) MS Office with Word, PPT,
OneNote, Excel, and Outlook (all MS Office 2007). I am about to buy a new
laptop with Vista and want to use those same programs on my new laptop. 2
Questions: Am I able to run all these programs on two different computers? I
have lost the Product Key but have the Product ID. I know I need the key to

Microsoft Office Professional 2007 has encountered an error!
have installed Microsoft Office Professional 2003 with no problems. When I
attempt to install Microsoft Office Professional 2007 I recieve this error
message.
When the install starts I select "Custom" and click that I want Outlook 2003
removed. I need all the other 2003 applications. I click continue and it
say Installing with the progress bar appearing. There is no "Cancel" button.

Please help, Outlook defualt profile not working
Hello all.
I have been trying to set up a MST file to run and install OutLook 2003 with
a default profile but its not working. I am using the MS utility to build the
MST file.
Here are the system settings
The client Pcs ( about 180) have a mix of MS Office 2000 or MS Office 2003

Office 2007 Downgrade Please
Ugh! I hate Office 2007 bells and whistles. Namely to the look and
functionality of Word & Outlook with it's gaudy toolbars and using
Calibria(?) as it's default text. I've used Office 2003 for over 4 years.
But my company has licenses for Office 2007 and that's what's installed on

cannot find 'Proplus.WW\ProPlsWW.cab' on Office 2007 install
I have found a thread some time ago on this problem but the answers i have
read from other people havent worked for me.
Every time i try to install office 2007 it gets so far and then says it cant
find 'Proplus.WW/ProPlsWW.cab' and offers me to browse for it. Despite
pointing it to the file it doesnt see it still. I have tried everything
including removing all other office applications ...

MS OFFICE 2003 nagging issue
I have been trying to solve this issue for 6 months but no success so far.
I have MS office Small business edition Open License installed on my
Terminal Server. Everytime, user open MS Word, It tries trying to recover a
document that it thinks was last save with AutoRecover on September, 14 2006.
It show the document in the left Pane -- Recoverd and Origianl.

Upgrading from Office '03 to '07
I currently have Office '03 installed and no trial version of '07. However,
when I tried to upgrade to '07, I get an error saying that PA561401.cab
cannot be located. I have retried, and rebooted, and cancelled, all to no

Missing .msi file when upgrading from Works to Office?
I am trying to upgrade Works9 (Bundled) to Office 2007 SBE (Upgrade) on my
new VAIO AW11Z notebook. I'm experiencing a recognised bug (see link below)
and have downloaded the appropriate patch.

Can you install an office 2007 Upgrade in English over an Office 2003 in
French? If so, what would be the consequences? Would it be easier to

Office won't run except as admin or user has admin rights
I have a few machines in one of my networks that won't run Office 2007 except
under administrator or if the user has admin permissions. This has caused
some major problems in the past and they are starting to escalate. We're
running Exchange 2003.
How do I get my users to use Office without being admins?

Disc 2
I purchased Office Pro 2007. Installed disc 1, it never prompted me to put in
disc 2 or nothing after the install so I put the disc in. It give me an error
that says it experienced an error and needs to close. So I spent over an hour
with the omni tech support from website and they told me disc 2 is corrupt so

Office 2000 Installation problems with re-imaged XP
Hi all,
I recently had my hard drive re-imaged and am now encountering difficulties
re-installing my Office 2000. The installation begins well enough but part
way throguh I get this message:
"Windows files must be installed for your installation to proceed. Insert

Office Help does not work. Goes into Configuration Progress Window
Every time I try to access Office help with F1, I get a windows that says
Configuration Progress, with a status bar (Configuring 2007 Microsoft Office
System ...) then it says it need to reboot. After a reboot, the same thing
happens again when I try to access the help files.
Anybody have a clue as to why this is happening?...
