Using USB Universal test and HCT12.1 on a webcam and TWAIN driver (XP,
2k) .
I noticed that in the USB Descriptor test, it mentions something about
"Requesting an MSOS descriptor".
What is this and how do I know whether or not I need one? All of my
other descriptors are being read just fine.
