WSUS 3 SP1 Retry download kb960714

Unable to download or import Security Updates. Internet connectiovity not an
issue. I reinstalled WSUS SP1, but did not delete database.
Any suggestions welcome

Import updates apparently completes successfully, but the icon in the
approval dialog indicates the files failed to download.

Downloaded the WSUS Debug and tried the SetForegroundDownload tool to no avail.

Review the Application Event Log on the WSUS Server for log entries relative
to the failed downloads.

H'mmm .. Looks like incorrect permissions on the target directory, E:\WSUS;

Content file download failed. Reason: Access is denied. (Exception from
HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

Service to the root of E: and I'm in business ... so far.
