How would one switch between languages in spell checker
"oppiTronic" <nomail[ at ]invalid.net> 12/30/2008 12:59:03 PM
I have 3 languages installed.
German is set as default.
All new mails get checked in German.
I can't find a way to quickly switch the languages (like I can in Outlook)
other than changing the default.

Thanks
Michael

Change the 'Input language', and set Spelling to 'Check spelling in
current input language'. Use the OS Regional and Language options to
specify a keyboard and a shortcut for the three languages, or pick a
new language from the Language Bar, which can sit on the Task bar as
just a two-letter code for the current language. (I have 12 options
there, so I can never remember the keyboard shortcuts except for
English UK).

This is very cool. Thanks.
Das ist echt cool. Danke.
C'est trop cool. Merci!

I'd never thought of that, but it works like a charm.
I added the 3 languages under regional options all with a german keyboard.
Alt-shift toggles the languages and spell checker just follows.

Regards
Michael
