Error Ox80041161
wise_cookie 11/19/2008 8:44:01 PM
I received an error message when trying to pull up windows live mail today of
Ox80041161. It said to make sure my disc was not full or I was out of memory
which neither is true. Plenty of room and memory...any thoughts on what to
do?

I haven't heard of that particular error number before.

What version of WLMail are you using?

What Operating System are you using?

First thing is to try a repair install.

Failing that, try a standard uninstall/reinstall. Your messages, contacts, and settings will remain intact throughout this process.

Failing that, I suggest a complete uninstall/reinstall as described at: http://liveunplugged.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!F92775FC46A390CA!226.entry

Beware of Alzheimer's, Peter. If you replace wise-cookie's initial
'O' with a '0', Google brings up lots of posts from you about this
particular error (though no definitive solution as far as I could
see)...

Hee hee. Thanks Noel.

I just copied and pasted the error code (into WLMail and Google) that wise_cookie posted.

So that error code doesn't!
