credentials. They are not the same as the windows logon credentials.
Can I use Group Policy to set those credentials in IE?

Internet Explorer Access Denied error
We recently started experiencing a problem only with our Thin Client
(Terminal Server) trying to use internet explorer. When one tries to get
onto Internet Explorer, they are getting this error:
Access Denied
Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL
I believe this has something to do with a change in the group policy (that I
did not do and I am not aware of).

Missing \\<domain>\sysvol\<domain>\policies directory
Months ago, our Exchange server was hacked and every file that wasn't open
and locked was deleted from the server. I was able to recover the server by
rebuilding the operating system, restoring the Exchange data, and repairing
server references in AD. We also upgraded our router's IDS and other
protection to minimize any chance of this happening again. Apparently at
that time, the poli...

exclude folders in roaming profile
When excluding folders in roaming profiles do you need to include the
absolute path to the folder?
My second question is it possible to exclude certain directories in the
application data folder, but not the folder itself? The app data folder is
large and the Adobe and Sun folder tend to be large. I've tried folder
redirection in the past which didn't work all that well.
Thanks....

Do Group Policies apply to groups?
User1 is in OU1.
User1 is a member of a group2 in OU2.
Group 2 is a member of group3 in OU3.
All those three OUs are in the same level and are linked to different GPOs.
In this situation, how are GPOs applied ?
Thanks,
