Creative portable media center battery puffed up
A friend offered me his Creative Portable Media Center a few years ago after
his battery "puffed up" and was unusable. I ordered a new battery from
Creative, and got a few years use out of it. Now, however, my battery has
also puffed up, and no longer fits in the battery compartment. As near as I
can tell from Creative's web site, they don't support this product (and

Does Visa OS Work with Windows CD Version 3.01?
Hello,
I own a Jornada 680. I'm trying to get it to sync up with my new laptop,
which uses Vista. The Q & A I attached references an older version of the
PPC OS, but I essentially have the same question: Will my version of the PPC
work with Vista. Here is the information from my Jornada:

Downloading Pictures with Windows Photo Gallery
When I insert camera card to download recent pictures, windows photo gallery
will download all pictures, including previously downloaded pictures. Now I
have duplicates. Why is this happening? I have Windows Vista Premium

Problems with WMP10 Mobil
When playing songs/videos from Windows Media Player 10 Mobil, the files play;
however, there is no sound. I have raised the volume, checked to make sure
the mute was off, and adjusted the phone's volume setting. I still cannot get
the sound to work. Has any other WMP10 mobil user had a problem with the
sound; can anyone suggest a solution, or where to find one?...

Compatibility With WMP12 and On?
Can users of PMC expect compatibility with future releases of Windows Media
Player? Can the devices just download new codecs such as WMA10 and continue
to sync well into the future?
Although I have never owned one of these devices, I do think they are great
in their concept.
I do think MS might need a to have a little more commitment in their
projects ESPECIALLY those which involve s...

Is Microsoft still licensing PMC software?
Hi - I am having trouble finding much information (technical or licensing)
on Portable Media Center software. I'm not sure if MS is still supporting
this software, but if so could somebody point me in the right direction?
