Linksys WRT54GX4 or 3COM 8760 ?
I'm setting up a few offices and need to push the wireless connection a good
distance, I've search for these answers but have yet to find them so I
thought that some people here might be able to help.
I think that 3com is the better product but I'm not sure it's worth three
times the money.
1) Can the WRT54GX be used as a repeater? the 3com 8760 can.
2) Can the 3com united be used a...

Extending Wireless Range
Hello,
I had Verizon FIOS install at my house a few weeks ago. It came with a
wireless router. Our home is an old farm house with solid stone walls (not
the best for wireless, I know). About 2/3rds of the house gets a wireless
signal. I want to use a Linksys Access Point to extend the range. Does
anyone know how to configure the router & access point to work togther?
Thanks,
Marty

application (viewing videos in IE or in a separate browser) the wireless
connectivity dies (consequently Live Messenger or Yahoo Messenger
disconnects, can't ping, can't check e-mail, etc). So I have to shut down
